This place suits me perfectly. The 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and helpful staff made my stays enjoyable. I remember how they helped care for my elderly parents on my first visit. I highly recommend it and will return for the new year!

Excellent stay with superb amenities

I recently enjoyed a marvelous week in a Superior King Room. The decor was elegant and the wellness facilities, including the spa and temperature-controlled swimming pool, were top-notch. The breakfast variety was amazing, with options like chef-prepared omelettes and fresh pastries. the bathroom could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness.

Had a blast with my friends celebrating my birthday! We loved exploring nearby attractions like the Tower of London and Borough Market. The staff was super friendly, and the hotel had great facilities. Just a heads up, the breakfast was excellent, so don’t miss it!

One downside was the elevators. they felt a bit shaky at times, which was unsettling.

The room was clean, but the bathroom was quite small.

The room was spacious with air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a flat-screen TV. I loved the gym and the indoor swimming pool. Also enjoyed the hot tub which was a great way to relax. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Tower Hill station. Staff were really accommodating.

Utilize the wine library for a unique experience, as it offers a variety of fine selections not easily found elsewhere.

We just had an amazing time here! The staff were super friendly and helped us out whenever we needed it. The breakfast was on point, especially the fresh omelettes. Our room was spacious too, but we did have a few hiccups with the wifi connection. we really enjoyed our stay!

Family with children great for short stays

The location was seriously just two minutes from the underground station which made everything so much easier, and the kids loved the pool, it was spacious but needed some adult supervision. The staff were fantastic, especially the concierge who helped us so much with our inquiries, they were beyond nice and really topped off the experience.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

The spa facilities were absolutely stunning, especially the hot tub. Enjoyed a beautiful room with great views! Only downside was the breakfast choices could have been a bit more varied. 😊
